We believe that good design considers a range of factors, including aesthetics, functionality, and sustainability. In every discussion and design decision, we strive to balance these considerations to create spaces that meet our clients' needs and have a positive impact on the community and the world around us. At our studio, we value close relationships with our clients and prioritise communication and collaboration throughout the design process. We follow a collaborative and research-based process, allowing us to carefully assess all parts of the design. At AND, we believe that design should enhance the quality of life for those who use it while also contributing to a better future for our planet.

ANANYA NEVATIA PASARI
ANANYA NEVATIA PASARI
Ananya is an architect from Bangalore/Kolkata, India. She completed her Master’s in Architecture from the Architectural Association in London. In the pursuit of her architectural dreams, she has lived in London for seven years during which she concluded her architecture degree and worked at Penoyre & Prasad, a London based award-winning architectural practice (now Perkins & Will).
From all her time spent at the AA, she started believing in the idea of Architecture- as an agency for change. And it is with this belief that she wants to pursue social projects that impact culture, disadvantaged communities, larger public realm and the earth.
Through her architectural design company AND LLP, Ananya is currently working on, architecture, social projects, master planning and landscape. She is also the co-founder of Oncept, which is a multi-disciplinary design studio with intentions to create a shift towards sustainability in both 2d and 3d designs.

UDAY GOSWAMI
Uday , an Architect and Urban Designer trained at CCA Chandigarh and IaaC Barcelona, brings nearly 18 years of experience in architectural design and consulting space. Uday has conceptualized and delivered widely celebrated designs across a range of scales, geographies, and socio-economic contexts, advocating a collaborative, cross-disciplinary approach to create contextually cohesive design solutions.
Uday’s portfolio spans master planning, mixed-use developments, collective housing, office buildings, educational institutions, and private residences, with notable projects like Tata Avenida (Kolkata), Tata serein (Mumbai), Godrej Avenues (Bangalore), Selenghat Valley School (Assam), Southern Vista-Bungalows and Club facility (Kolkata) etc. He also works with non-profits like Karunar Kheti Trust and Better Life Foundation (active in the field of education, farming, and community livelihood), leveraging Architecture as a tool to drive positive social impact.
He is the Founding Partner at STUDIO ViVE and Consulting Partner at PRACTICE DESIGN PVT LTD, leading teams across Mumbai, Kolkata, Guwahati, Pune, and Bangalore. Previously, he worked with Edifice Architects (Mumbai) as Design and vertical Head.

VIDHI GOEL
Vidhi is an avid architect from Delhi, India. After finishing both her undergraduate and master’s degree in Architecture from the Architectural Association, London, she went on to work for the world renowned Foster + Partners before moving back to India. She finds art and culture in the most mundane things and wants to use her passion for design to create a sustainable future.
Vidhi is the co-founder of Studio Oncept, a multidisciplinary design studio.

Vidhi and Ananya are college friends who think alike and have common interests. They grew as architects together, inspiring and challenging each other in the most natural ways. Coming together to create change was a seamless path for them. Through Oncept, Vidhi and Ananya are fostering their passions and interests of creating physical and digital art and design that would be pivotal in bringing change in our society.
